Are you a consultant?
Dr. Kraus & Partner is always looking for further professional support. The requirements for a new partner are very high. Furthermore we have a special way of seeing us in our network.
Basically we do not consider us as "mediators of commissions" for freelance colleagues. Consultants and trainers, who see K&P rather as a source for commissions, are no partners for us. The target of a partnership at K&P is also to make one's contribution for the development of the network. They have to feel the desire and the energy to develop the company, generate ideas and also to implement them. They constantly have to develop their knowledge and must be prepared to share their knowledge with their partners. This is the source of our success and what makes the added value of a partnership.
You should have the following prerequisites: - At least five years of professional experience
- At least five years of consultation experience
- Provably successfully consulted projects/ processes
- Education as consultant
- A high degree of social competence
- Acting with heart and mind
- 100- percent loyalty towards K&P and their clients
- High degree of ethics
… and of course the willingness to cooperate in the further development of the K&P network.
