Ethical principles
1. Specialist competence
Freelancers of K&P only take over commissions, for the processing of which the necessary capabilities, experiences and freelancers can be made available. Freelancers of K&P search for solutions which correspond to the level of science, the development of the industrial sector and the requirements of the client in an optimal way. Freelancers of K&P make every effort to constantly improve their knowledge, capabilities and procedure techniques and make the advantages of these improvements accessible to their clients in an unlimited way.
2. Seriousness and effectiveness
Freelancers of K&P only recommend their services if they expect that their work brings advantages for the client. They make realistic performance, deadline and cost estimations and try to keep these. Freelancers of K&P not only exercise an expert's activity or elaborate recommendations, but are involved in the realisation of the proposals and work together with the client as long as he can continue the task without the help of the K&P freelancer. K&P freelancers are aware of the fact that apart from the objective solution the human relationships have great importance. Therefore they try to reach a harmonious cooperation with the client and his employees.
3. Objectivity, neutrality and own responsibility
K&P freelancers are basically involved on their own responsibility and in the exercise of their activities they accept no restriction of their independence due to expectations of third parties. They carry out an unbiased and objective consultation and also openly express unpleasant facts. They do not draw up any expert's reports to do somebody a favour. K&P freelancers also respect the obligation for activities on own responsibility of other freelancers, who work for them, as far as these are qualified as freelancers of K&P. K&P freelancers oblige themselves to be neutral towards suppliers of devices, aids and services which are required for the realisation of their proposals and do not claim or accept any commissions, expense allowances or similar things. If K&P freelancers recommend suppliers, this is only carried out due to the requirements of the client or a comparing analysis of the performance offer of the suppliers. If K&P employees recommend EDP-software, packages or devices or aids, which are distributed by them or in which they have financial interest in some form, they point out these facts and do not arise the impression of a neutral product selection.
4. Incompatible activities
Accepting commissions for activities which endanger keeping professional obligations and minimum standards of professional ethical activities is incompatible with the profession of the consultant. In addition to this, K&P distances itself from all Scientologists and ensures that any of the partners is not allowed to carry out courses or seminars in accordance with the method of L.R. Hubbard.
5. Confidentiality
K&P freelancers treat all internal processes and information of the client, which they get to know through their work, strictly confidentially. Particularly contract related documents are not transferred to third parties. Association work:
