Dr. Georg Kraus


Age-group 1965, graduate economic engineer, doctorate at the technical college of higher education Karlsruhe with regard to the subject project management. Has successfully completed diverse additional trainings, for example, in change management and organisation development. Since 1987 he has been working as organisation consultant and coach. Since 1994 he has been acting as lecturer at the University Karlsruhe.

He supports his clients at integral company developments. From the headquarters Bruchsal the network of currently more than forty experienced consultants and trainers supports companies in areas like, for example, strategy consultation, organisation diagnosis, change management, business process optimisations, project management, out- and in-sourcing as well as top management coaching throughout Europe.

  • Management coaching, individual coaching, as a rule over longer periods of time. Particularly reflecting the everyday life and discussing/preparing strategic decisions is considered as helpful.
  • Organisation consultation with the main emphasis on design and implementation of integral change processes (particularly the unification of business process optimisations and organisation developments)
  • Moderation of strategy meetings and team developments. Typically often described as "management away days"
