A successful consultation and training company is more than the delight in achieving a full order book. We take our energy from having moved something in a very positive sense.
I also speak from my own 16-year professional experience as consultant and trainer. It is the creative and individual commitment of each individual partner which finally makes the success of K&P. The personal conversation, the individual consultation have created customer relationships, which considerably exceed short-term projects. The close relationship to our customers has given us a great deal of responsibility. We like to take it over and consider us as partner for the further successful development of your company.
K&P represents something that we nowadays understand under the term "virtual company". In a network of currently 41 experienced consultants and trainers we support companies in their development.
The elaboration of specific solutions is in the centre of our consultation. The analysis of the respective starting situation is the necessary means to an end. We work out tailor-made measure plans and integrate the employees into the projects. This creates the necessary acceptance, initiates the continuous learning and improvement process and particularly benefits from the existing knowledge in an effective way.
Occasionally interested clients ask us which tools or methods we use. Some also want to know to which consultation school we can be assigned. Tools and methods as well as consultation approaches are submitted to fashion trends and thus are transitory. In our team, that currently represents about 500 years of consultation experience, we have the right approaches for each situation to optimise the respective situation. By distancing ourselves from a certain procedure we hope to receive the corresponding distance from the type of problem and to propose the most appropriate measure. Nevertheless we are able to cope with this. Whether Balanced Scorecard, strategy development, project management, BPR, GPO, QPP, Open Space, etc. If these tools are appropriate, we will recommend them to you and implement them together with you.
