Here are some helpful questions at the beginning of a project.
  1. Is the planned project considered necessary?
  2. Did your stakeholder agreed in a written form to the project?
  3. Has the client made a written order?
  4. Has the budget planning been drawn up for the project?
  5. Is the project in the SAP already established with the cost centre?
  6. Has a project manager already been chosen?
  7. Has the working team already been defined?
  8. Are the hierarchy lines informed about the project?
  9. Have you clarified how you inform the project environment?
  10. Is there a project structure plan?
  11. Is there a milestone plan?
  12. Has a kick-off event already been planned?
  13. Has an IMV-matrix been made comprehensive of resource/cost forecast?
  14. Does the project fit with the other projects?
  15. Is the team meetings schedule been notified to the team?
  16. Has the documentation package been agreed and communicated?
  17. Has the reporting frequency to the project committee been agreed?
  18. Have you coordinated and planned the vacation of your team members?
  19. Have you elucidated your team about the change management?
  20. Are the communication tools organized within your team (e-mail, etc…)?
  21. Have you agreed on cooperation rules?
