  • Soft and hard facts should not be separated. The combination is decisive
  • Transparency on the selection process of the personnel (who will go and who will stay) is very important
  • Implementation of an information and communication plan is very important
  • Clear project management is necessary
  • Rules of change have to be clear and must be lived as they are talked
  • Catching up fears is important
  • Appreciation and mourning are both part of it
  • The curiosity of the new should be implemented (could be on a new culture, new people, new site,)
