What has to be considered?
Change management should always consider the three aspects strategy, structure and culture.

In this context the following subjects should not be forgotten:
- Have in focus not only the executives but also the employees
- Soft and hard facts should not be separated. The combination is decisive
- Transparency on the selection process of the personnel (who will go and who will stay) is very important
- Implementation of an information and communication plan is very important
- Clear project management is necessary
- Rules of change have to be clear and must be lived as they are talked
- Catching up fears is important
- Appreciation and mourning are both part of it
- The curiosity of the new should be implemented (could be on a new culture, new people, new site,)
