What skills and capacities should a change manager from a consulting company have?

Managing the Change process:
Planning and organizing, steering as well as controlling the project sequences.

Managing the Change Team:
Having the ability to lead, motivate and supervise

Managing the relation with the client
Observing how the change process affects the internal and external clients and if necessary take appropriate countermeasures.

Managing Stakeholders
Embracing internal and external stakeholders that through the change process could be affected and concern and could influence the project context.

Change management also means:
Dealing with not planned events
