Requirements for the coaching-consultants
General
- Coaches are drawn from our pool of consultants who are cross trained to perform as project leaders and coaches and expert in organizational development as well as the technical area required for the specific task.
Specific
- Capability of diagnosis and talent for observation, however, no purely clinical orientation
- Knowledge of the organizational environment of the client
- Familiar with common communication and problem solving techniques for internal coaches: role clarity
- Well versed in the real life of the corporate world and able to connect with the client.
